You will manage veterinarians, technicians and support staff, drive efficiency, enhance patient care, and implement retention and growth initiatives. Competitive salary 100k-120k, bonus eligibility up to 15%, and a $5,000 retention bonus.

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day operations and manage staff scheduling.
• Proven track record in improving client experience and retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Partner Doctors, Medical Director, and Operations Director.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Monitor and improve patient flow and clinic efficiency to minimize wait times.
• Develop and implement client retention and outreach programs.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and community partners.
• Represent the hospital at community events and outreach activities.
