Bond Vet is seeking a Veterinary Clinic Manager in New York to lead day-to-day clinic operations, manage the P&L, and mentor a team of technicians, assistants, and coordinators. You will balance clinical needs with company goals, partnering with the operations team to scale processes and improve patient and client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of leadership in veterinary settings, strong organizational skills, and CVPM as a bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing professionals in the veterinary space or similar

• Oversee daily clinic operations
