Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and client education.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff; schedule associates and manage continuing education needs.
