Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Fort Worth is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations so the medical team can focus on delivering high-quality veterinary care.

You will lead and develop associates, coach staff, manage budgeting and scheduling, educate clients about wellness plans, and partner with leadership to drive growth and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, to evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Our Practice Managers train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services.
• Assist with budgeting, planning for the hospital and coordinating daily operations and staff.
