Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business experience.
• CVPM encouraged to apply and strong judgment.
• Ability to lead, coach staff, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting, including reading P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and staff development across the hospital.
• Partner with leadership and finance to prepare and manage budgets and analyze KPIs.
• Set fees, manage inventory, and ensure safety and security procedures.
• Lead efforts to improve client service and employee engagement.
