Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and lead hospital operations, enabling veterinarians to focus on delivering high-quality care. You will drive business results while developing a cohesive team of pet health care professionals in a collaborative environment.

You’ll manage budgets, staff scheduling, and education programs, while championing Banfield guidelines and client education on wellness plans and hospital services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years related experience with supervisory responsibilities (hiring, associate development, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or service industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
• Lead and develop associates to build an engaging team environment.
