Dawsonville Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional client and patient care. You will oversee staff, finance, marketing, and compliance to keep the hospital efficient and patient‑focused.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership with veterinarians and a positive, collaborative work environment, with full-time hours and potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role (preferably in a veterinary practice or healthcare).
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise all practice staff, including technicians and administrative personnel.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, expenses, and financial reporting; collaborate to meet financial goals.
• Build strong client relationships by providing outstanding service and addressing feedback.
• Ensure smooth operations: inventory, scheduling, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the patient base.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and record-keeping standards.
• Train staff on practice technology and coordinate with IT for timely support.
