New Hope Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic proudly serving the pets and people of New Hope and the surrounding Bucks County area. With a legacy of compassionate care and a reputation for excellence, our 4-doctor practice combines a welcoming environment with modern medical technology to improve the lives of pets and their families.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to lead our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, support a team of dedicated professionals, and help ensure we continue delivering outstanding service and care. If you're a proactive leader with a background in veterinary management, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 or more, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to ensure training and performance align with exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to uphold high standards of medical care and optimize doctor schedules to meet client needs.
  • Oversee facility operations including purchasing, maintenance, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Use creative marketing initiatives to attract new clients and support growth in the hospital’s services.
  • Manage financials including budgeting, revenue tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of veterinary management experience
  • Experience in veterinary marketing is a plus
  • LVT or CVPM certification is a bonus but not required
  • Advanced education (SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Decisive, solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
