BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities:

1. Mentor, develop, and lead a team of 30+ staff members to excel in patient care and customer service.
2. Partner with and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding their development.
3. Manage financial and strategic business development to ensure hospital profitability.
4. Handle relationships with primary care DVMs and patient referral bases with sensitivity.
5. Develop intra-staff relationships, HR issues, and ensure legal compliance at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation a plus.
• 3-5 years of successful management experience in complex organizations, preferably in veterinary, healthcare, hospitality, or client services industries.
