BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mentor, develop, and lead a team of 30+ staff members, fostering a focus on patient care and team success.
2. Partner with and oversee the doctor team, medical staff, and client service representatives, guiding their development.
3. Manage financial and strategic business development to ensure hospital profitability.
4. Maintain high sensitivity and professionalism in handling primary care DVM and patient referral relationships.
5. Develop intra-staff relationships, manage HR-related issues, and ensure legal compliance at all levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation a plus.
• 3-5 years of successful management experience in complex organizations, preferably within veterinary, healthcare, hospitality, or client services industries.
