BluePearl Pet Hospital in Golden Valley, MN is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team!

BluePearl Pet Hospital has an immediate need for a confident, caring, and results-driven Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital. The Practice Manager plays a vital role in ensuring staff can provide the best veterinary care to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

1. Mentoring, developing, and leading a team of 30+ hourly and professional staff to excel in patient care.
2. Partnering with and overseeing the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives to foster professional growth.
3. Managing financial and strategic planning to achieve hospital profitability.
4. Handling primary care DVM and patient referral base with sensitivity.
5. Developing intra-staff relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Preferred Experience:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation a plus.
2. Experience: 3-5 years managing professionals in complex organizations, ideally within veterinary, human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
3. Effective communication with employees and external contacts, maintaining a positive attitude.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: Starting salary at $93,500 annually.
