Job summary

Animal Health Care Denver is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the ongoing excellence of the clinic and the wellbeing of the animals we care for.

The role offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 with up to 15% performance-based bonus, full-time hours Monday–Saturday, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
• Manage Clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
• Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff

Animal Health Care Denveris seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinicsoperations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinicand the well‑being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Schedule: This is a full-time position. The hospital’s operating hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays.
