Job summary

Animal Health Care Denver is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You will bring a solid veterinary operations background, provide clear leadership, and manage multiple priorities to sustain the clinic’s high standards of care for animals and families.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, personnel management, scheduling, and inventory, while coaching colleagues toward continuous improvement and a strong client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system

Job description

Animal Health Care Denver is seeking a full-time Practice Manager

to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinics operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinic and the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary:

$70,000 - $75,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position. The hospital's operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays.
