Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and preventive care concepts.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
