Qualifications

• Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related field; progressive practice-management experience preferred.
• 3\u20135 years of leadership in a veterinary environment; strong people-management skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams; focus on client service and culture.
• Strong understanding of financial drivers, KPI tracking, and compliance in veterinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Own hospital-level results across revenue, labor, client satisfaction, and operations.
• Manage all aspects of hospital operations to ensure quality patient care and service.
• Oversee payroll-related processes and scheduling to optimize staffing and overtime.
• Monitor budgets and vendor contracts; coordinate accounts payable with the bookkeeper.
• Lead inventory management and align with regional goals and vendor programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate team members; promote engagement and accountability.
• Foster a positive culture and ensure consistent patient experiences across the hospital.
