Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data to establish priorities and drive operational programs.
• Experience leading, managing, and coaching hospital staff.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience, including reading a P&L statement.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid math and Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• CVPM designation or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's business activities and financial performance.
• Hire and train hospital staff; manage budgeting with Pathway finance.
• Monitor KPIs and set fees; manage inventory and hospital software.
• Implement safety and security procedures and ensure financial control functions.
• Provide visibility into operations so leadership can track goals and performance; support marketing and staff recognition.
