Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and continuing education.
