The role emphasizes interview and development of associates, budgeting, staff scheduling, and maintaining a positive client and patient experience, with strong organizational and leadership requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years of related experience (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.) with direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates.
• Evaluate hospital processes, progress, and productivity.
• Train associates to educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staffing.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off, and manage continuing education.
• Maintain a positive client and patient experience.
