Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• Three years related supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on wellness plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; scheduling and time-off coordination.
