Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Office Manager to help lead our team and support the daily operations of our mixed animal, general practice. We're ideally looking for someone with prior veterinary experience who enjoys mentoring others, improving workflows, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
This is a hands‑on leadership role. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll be ready to jump in and support the team on the hospital floor as needed—whether that's assisting at the front desk, helping coordinate patient flow, or providing support to the clinical team during busy times.
Working closely with the Medical Director and hospital leadership, you'll help ensure our hospital runs smoothly while supporting both our team and our clients.

This is a good‑faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and other benefits depending on role and location. Pay Range
$26 - $28 USD
