Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners’ Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to unite operational excellence with mentorship and culture. You’ll work with the Medical Director to own daily operations and guide the hospital toward growth.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership or operations management, with veterinary hospital management preferred and a business-minded approach to driving performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience.
  • Veterinary hospital management experience strongly preferred; medical, dental, or healthcare practice management experience also considered.
  • Previous veterinary experience (e.g., Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or Client Service Representative) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree, Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient with business software and able to adapt quickly to new systems.

Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager who brings together operational excellence, a talent for mentorship, and a commitment to team culture. The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience and a proven background in leadership, training, and team development—paired with a business-minded approach to hospital growth.

As our Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director and leadership team, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding our hospital toward continued success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Schedule, benefits and compensation**:

This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.

  • Compensation: $80,500-90,000 annual base salary
  • Bi-annual bonus opportunities: Based on hospital performance
  • Hiring bonus package: $2000 based on credentials
  • CE allowance: up to $1,000 based on credentials

Your Qualifications:
