• Experience in leadership roles within a veterinary setting

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality care and educate technicians on best practices
• Maintain positive patient flow and assist with surgeries as credentialed
• Train and mentor nursing staff and ensure accurate medical records
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient care and client education
• Ensure clean, sterile treatment areas and proper restraint techniques
• Lead and support nursing team to deliver exceptional service
