Job summary

Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine seeks a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The role conducts complex tests supporting diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases, with on-call emergency readiness and participation in quality assurance.

Both MLT and MLS track require appropriate degrees and ASCP certification; provide supervision, maintenance, and SOP development, with competitive benefits and full-time

Qualifications

• MLT: Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology (AMA accredited); two years clinical pathology lab experience or equivalent.
• MLS: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology (AMA accredited); two years as Clinical/Medical Technologist or equivalent.
