Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in veterinary medicine.
• Professional interpersonal skills and strong communication.
• Leadership experience and interest in mentoring veterinarians.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment and champions growth and innovation.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat pets and counsel clients.
• Directly manage and develop a team of 1–5 doctors.
• Partner with Medical Director and Talent team on recruitment and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Ops on doctor scheduling for coverage.
• Uphold Small Door culture and hospitality in interactions.
• Serve as clinical point of contact for escalated medical questions.
• Ensure service accessibility and alignment with member needs.
• Mentor doctors on clinical skills, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to support collaboration between teams.
• Work with Nursing Leadership to foster open communication and continuous improvement.
• Monitor financial performance and support budget targets.
