Qualifications

• DVM with active license and DEA required.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• Professional approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pets and counsel clients.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 1–5 doctors.
• Partner with Medical Director and Talent team to recruit and onboard veterinarians.
• Collaborate with Ops on doctor scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Uphold Small Door's culture, hospitality, and values in interactions.
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for escalated medical questions.
• Ensure service accessibility aligns with member needs.
• Mentor and oversee doctors on clinical skills, performance, and patient satisfaction.
