Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Current North Carolina veterinary license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong surgical and medical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated team leadership and development capabilities.
• Interest in or experience with integrative medicine approaches.
• Business acumen and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical leadership and oversight for all veterinary operations.

• Mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff.
