The candidate will supervise veterinarians, technicians, and staff, establish medical protocols, and drive continuous improvement across clinical operations while maintaining an active caseload.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited school.
• Active veterinary license in the state of practice.
• Previous clinical experience required.
• Leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership while maintaining a high standard of veterinary care.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Mentor veterinarians, technicians, and staff through coaching and development.
