Ethos Veterinary Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Medical Director to guide Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (NIVES) into the next chapter of clinical excellence.

The successful candidate will provide medical leadership, mentor a team of board-certified specialists and clinicians, maintain a partial clinical caseload, and drive quality assurance, continuing education, and recruitment across a multi-specialty practice.

Qualifications

• Board certification or residency in an AVMA veterinary specialty.
• Leadership or medical management experience is preferred.
• Passion for collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and strategic direction for the hospital.
• Mentor and develop a talented team of veterinarians.
• Lead medical quality assurance and continuing education initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of exceptional clinicians.
