Northeast Indiana Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (NIVES) in Fort Wayne, Indiana, seeks a Medical Director to guide a collaborative, expert-driven, patient-focused hospital into its next chapter of excellence. The hospital is AAHA-accredited and VECCS Level II, with a strong multi-specialty team and 24/7 emergency care.

As Medical Director, you’ll shape medical standards, mentor clinicians, and drive clinical excellence across departments while maintaining a partial clinical caseload

Qualifications

• Board-certified or residency-trained in AVMA specialty.
• Leadership, mentorship, or medical management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with colleagues and referring veterinarians.
• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Indiana.

• Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state of Indiana
