IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our Westminster, CO lab.

You will support Sample Management and Parasitology sections, handling specimens, operating analyzers and microscopes, and following SOPs to ensure accurate, timely results for pets and their caretakers. Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required; science degree preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments preferred.
• Lab work may involve exposure to biohazards and chemicals.
• Experience as RVT/LVT/CVT or MLT/MT is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, prepare, and accession samples for laboratory analysis.
• Enter specimen data into a tracking system.
• Rack and bundle prepared samples for delivery to testing departments.
• Assist with specimen storage and ensuring Turnaround Times are met.
• Work with fecal samples to prepare for analysis in Parasitology.
• Use automated analyzers and microscopes in testing.
• Move samples through steps and load/unload into analyzers.
• Follow SOPs to ensure efficient testing of samples.
