Job summary

Nutramax Laboratories is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through top-of-funnel lead qualification, customer management, and collaboration with outside sales teams. You will maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, understand customer needs, and coordinate with marketing to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in Veterinary or Human Health Sciences preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
• Distribute sales and marketing materials in coordination with marketing and outside sales.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products or services to existing customers.
• Maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM system to meet funnel KPIs.
• Support outside sales by managing customer inquiries and driving clinic interest.
• Work with marketing to align messaging with customer needs.
• Execute campaigns and promotions to generate interest and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
• Utilize lead generation sources to identify potential customers.
• Use outbound channels to initiate contact and assess buying potential.
