Lovet Pet Health Care is seeking a DVM Field Trainer to travel between Lovet hospitals, providing hands-on coaching in medicine and surgery. You will mentor associate veterinarians, strengthen clinical decision-making, and elevate surgical skills across our Arizona, IL, and MI locations.
The role requires 5+ years of clinical experience, a strong background in soft tissue surgery, and a passion for teaching. This is a full-time, field-based position with significant travel.

We’re seeking a skilled, people-first veterinarian to join our Learning & Development team as a DVM Field Trainer. In this field-based role, you’ll travel between hospitals to provide hands-on coaching in medicine and surgery, offering real-time case support that helps associate veterinarians build confidence, efficiency, and clinical excellence. Through mentorship and collaboration, you’ll strengthen surgical capability, advance medical decision‑making, and reinforce the Lovet standard of care across our hospitals.
