Banfield Pet Hospital in Florida is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to supervise daily operations, support the Practice Manager and COS, and ensure high-quality client and patient care. The role includes performing Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed, while guiding the team to maintain productivity and excellent service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years veterinary hospital experience, is comfortable around various pets, and can work flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and COS.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
• Supervise the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and CE planning; ensure compliance with policies and dress guidelines.
