The role emphasizes leading a productive team, maintaining Banfield standards, and delivering high-quality medical care while prioritizing client education and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and COS to maximize hospital productivity and profitability.
• Perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant as needed.
• Supervise and guide the team to ensure quality medical care, client service, and associate engagement.
