Qualifications

• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling, with some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Orients and trains new clinic staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Manages budgets, purchases equipment and supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Oversees local accounting functions and revenue/labor review with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with licensure and billing practices.
