Qualifications

• Five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff across hospital support departments and manage labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and clinic staff; handles onboarding paperwork.
• Oversee budgets, vendor invoices, and local accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and billing practices; manage scheduling and DVM coordination.
