Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience required.
• Veterinary hospital management experience strongly preferred; healthcare management also considered.
• Previous veterinary experience (e.g., Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant) required
• Bachelor's degree, CVPM or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations.
• Ensure efficient workflow and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VBMC).
• Develop long-term goals, expand services, and support partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, and drive client retention.
• Manage and develop department leads and staffing levels.
