You will partner with medical leadership to optimize patient care, support a large team of doctors and staff, manage budgets, and guide strategic growth as we prepare for a new facility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex operations in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or retail.
• Experience leading large teams, developing managers, and building strong working relationships.
• Strong experience managing financial performance and staffing.
• Ability to translate long-term vision into clear priorities and practical steps.
• Collaborative leadership style balancing support with accountability.
• Confidence partnering with medical professionals and business leaders.
• Multi-site leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the business and people side of hospital operations, partnering with medical leadership to support patient care and growth.
• Align staffing, workflows, and resources to keep the hospital running effectively.
