Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital in Gardnerville, NV seeks a dynamic General Manager of Hospital Operations to lead daily operations, staff development, and strategic growth. You will partner with medical leadership to ensure outstanding patient care, client service, and financial performance.

With 15+ doctors and 70+ team members, this AAHA-accredited hospital offers general practice, urgent care, and exotic services. A strong operations background across multi-site teams is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, visionary General Manager of Hospital Operations
• Experience leading large teams and developing managers
• Strong ability to translate long‑term vision into clear priorities and actionable steps
• Experience in healthcare operations, veterinary or multi‑site leadership a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the business and people side of hospital operations, partnering with medical leadership to support patient care, a strong team, and sustainable growth
• Daily operations: align staffing, workflows, and resources to keep the hospital running smoothly
• Team development: coach leaders, support employee growth, foster communication and accountability
• Business performance: manage budgets, monitor key metrics, act on improvement opportunities
• Growth and expansion: prepare for the new facility and future growth, scale operations
• Leadership partnerships: balance business priorities with patient, client, and team needs
• Client experience: ensure consistent, compassionate service throughout the hospital
