The ideal candidate will align staffing and workflows, manage budgets and metrics, and collaborate with medical leadership to balance patient care with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex operations in veterinary medicine, human healthcare, or retail.
• Experience leading large teams, developing managers, and building strong working relationships.
• Strong experience managing financial performance and staffing.
• The ability to translate a long-term vision into clear priorities and practical steps.
• A collaborative leadership style that balances support with accountability.
• Confidence partnering with medical professionals and business leaders.
• Multi-site leadership experience is a plus.
