Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine preferred.
• RVTs with leadership experience encouraged to apply.
• Open to candidates with supervisory or management experience in related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to balance people leadership with day-to-day hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to hospital team members.
