You will mentor teams, manage operations and facility maintenance, support growth, and help create a collaborative, respectful workplace. This role emphasizes strong leadership and communication to achieve goals and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading veterinary or medical teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Understanding of client engagement and driving business growth.
• Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support veterinary, technical, and client service teams to meet hospital goals.
• Foster a culture of high-quality care and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to set operational goals and policies.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and staff development with regional support.
• Monitor finances, budgeting, and KPIs to ensure profitability.
