Job summary

Fullerton Animal Hospital, a full-service small animal clinic serving the Nottingham community since 1995, invites a dedicated Assistant Hospital Manager to join our clinical team. You will partner with the Hospital Manager to drive operational efficiency, lead staff, and balance administrative tasks with client relations and patient care.

You will help supervise and develop team members, monitor workflow, resolve conflicts, manage finances, and ensure accurate medical records while maintaining

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience (veterinary or healthcare preferred).
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading a diverse workforce and building a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with Hospital Manager to drive staffing and staff development.
• Oversee daily schedules, appointment flow and coverage to ensure smooth operations.
• Address employee conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage hospital finances, including cash handling and transactions.
• Ensure compassionate client interactions and high-quality patient care.
