Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience.
• Veterinary hospital management experience strongly preferred; dental healthcare practice management experience also considered.
• Bachelor's degree or CVPM, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams and grow business profitability.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations, and drive business growth through data-informed decisions.
• Ensure efficient workflow, maintain regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), manage equipment and inventory, and implement hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute long-term goals, expand services, and support referral and business partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.
• Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention and growth.
• Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing levels, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
