Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in a managerial role with customer service experience.
• Experience in hospital/retail/service setting with increasing responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and be accountable for hospital performance.
• Forecast needs with regional leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Oversee inventory and control costs.
• Manage payroll and labor costs.
• Develop schedules for staff.
• Promote best practices and drive change.
• Lead team to improve processes and workflows.
• Implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Maintain licensure for DVMs.
