Job summary

Animal Medical Center of Surprise is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead the daily operations of our AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital. You’ll oversee staff, ensure exceptional client and patient care, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

In this pivotal leadership role you’ll manage budgets, maintain compliance, optimize workflows, and partner with the veterinary team to deliver outstanding service while supporting a healthy work–life balance for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of veterinary management experience.
• CVPM designation is a plus.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark) preferred.

About This Role

Join our veterinary practice as a Hospital Manager and lead a dedicated team committed to exceptional animal care! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll orchestrate the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to our patients.

As the operational backbone of our practice, you'll manage our talented staff, oversee financial performance, maintain compliance standards, and create an environment where both our team and clients thrive. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of veterinary management experience (an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered)
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is a plus
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark) preferred
