Job summary

Westchester Veterinary Center & Cat Clinic in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a dedicated team, orchestrate daily operations, and ensure exceptional animal care and client service.

In this role you will manage staff, oversee finances, ensure compliance, and partner with the veterinary medical team to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth across the practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience (an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered).
  • Previous veterinary practice or healthcare management experience is highly desirable.
  • CVPM designation is a plus.
  • Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark/Cornerstone) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily hospital operations and ensure outstanding client service and animal care.
  • Manage staff, scheduling, and performance, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality controls.

About This Role

Join our veterinary practice as a Hospital Manager and lead a dedicated team committed to exceptional animal care! In this pivotal leadership role, you'll orchestrate the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and compassionate care to our patients.
