Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager for CVCA Castle Rock to lead financial health, people development, and client-focused operations in a specialty veterinary setting.

You will drive P&L performance, recruit and develop teams, and foster a culture of collaboration with veterinarians and staff to deliver outstanding patient care and service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
• Proven background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
