Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager in Texas to lead a team focused on financial health, talent development, and top-tier client service. You will own the hospital's P&L, manage labor costs and inventory, and guide onboarding through ongoing staff growth.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, recruiting talent, and maintaining a positive culture aligned with our WAG values while delivering outstanding care to pets and clients.
