Job summary

MASS-RI Veterinary ER, part of COVE Animal Health, seeks a Group President to lead the Massachusetts and Rhode Island network of emergency and primary care hospitals. You will mentor the leadership team, align clinical excellence with operations, and drive regional growth while remaining clinically active on the floor.

You will partner with Operations to deliver exceptional veterinary care, grow de novos and acquisitions, and share in an equity-based bonus tied to regional performance across the

What we're looking for

DVM or VMD.

Emergency, urgent care, surgery, and/or Internal Medicine experience.

A track record leading collaborative teams and growing hospitals.
